The Resilient Life

Nathan Jones | 09/09/19

One of the greatest challenges in developing a ministry is to build resilience in ourselves and in the people we work with. Yet with 1 in 8 young people and 1 in 4 adults in the UK experiencing poor mental health at any one time just how do we achieve this? During this day we will explore the link between mental health, faith and discipleship.

Nathan Jones is the founder of the charity Teens in Crisis and holds a diploma in clinical and pastoral counselling. He has been involved with youth work for 26 years and now leads TalkThrough, equipping people to be the help young people need across the UK.
