*We recognise that this is a sparse schedule currently, and this is not because there isn’t lots to do, rather because we want to be flexible with what a weekly schedule would look like in order that it can be tailored to the particular areas a trainee would like to get involved with. We have links and foundations for opportunities to build ministry in areas such as schools work (e.g. prayer spaces within schools, assemblies, mentoring), church work (e.g. mentoring, youth discipleship groups) and community outreach work.
We want this placement to be an opportunity for you to grow in your gifts and discover more of what you feel God is calling you to. Therefore, we want to provide the opportunity for you to invest in whatever area of ministry you’d like, both within and outside of children, families and youth work – whether that’s worship, speaking, community ventures or anything else.
