There is additional paid parking at Napier Terrace car park in Mutley, just a short walk from the church. If you’re canny you can also find some other free on-road parking spaces not too far from the church – get hunting!
There are numerous of public transport options available also.
How does attending / booking work?
Young people must attend with appropriate leaders as part of a recognisable church / organisation. Young people are unable to attend on their own.
To register, book a group ticket and provide your name as the group leader, contact details, church/organization name, leader names, safeguarding lead contact, confirmation of valid DBS checks, and an estimated number of young people.
Changes to leaders or numbers can be updated upon arrival—just ensure any new leaders have valid DBS checks. Groups must enter the venue together, so coordinate meeting outside if traveling separately. The group leader signs in at the desk, confirming leader names and final numbers.
That’s it!
Important Info
It is your responsibility to safeguard and look after your own group during the event.
You must attend with appropriate ratios. We recommend 2 leaders for up to your first 8 young people and then an extra leader for any 10 additional young people.
Videos and photographs of young people attending this event may be taken by participants and staff, and attendance at the event signifies agreement that these may appear in future publicity or other materials produced by Ignite and SWYM (personal information is never disclosed when such materials are used unless permission is obtained).
