Bridge Church

We are a Methodist Church. The Youth department started with 2 full time youth pastors 5 years ago. Since then we have grown the outreach and have increased the staff to meet the project needs.

The aim of the Bridge Church youthwork is to reach out to young people across the circuit both in and out of the church with the Good News of Jesus Christ and equip and empower them to be followers and leaders. The structure is that we have a Senior Youth Pastor who answers to the Circuit and then there are 3 youth pastors that fall under the senior youth pastor. They cover a range of projects from an indoor skate ministry, youth clubs and sunday church activities to heading up new projects.

We are based in a town of roughly 7,500 people which is due to double in the next 10 years and we also serve around 19 small rural churches.

We run an indoor skatepark ministry which is 7 days a week. This has its own staff and a skatepark pastor. We also run one town based youth club with the hope of expanding to having more youth clubs in the future. That is headed up by one of our youth pastors.
We have 2 bible studies and also a girls group and a guys group.
We are slowly taking over the running of Christian Skaters UK
We are also looking at a fresh development which will incorporate a massive range of ministry outreach.
