Live Football is a day event with a focus of exploring faith through the love of football!
Based in Bristol, on a high quality 3Q pitch, this event is open to both girls and boys aged 11-16, all abilities are welcome!
At the start of the day, young people are placed in teams, created by the leaders for balance. You will then participate in a tournament, and make some awesome footballing moments that may even make the match of the day highlight reel!
After the day of football, we will walk to a nearby church, eat a hearty chippy meal! Following this, we will hear some incredible and inspiring talks and stories from the team, followed by some brilliant conversations reflecting on God and life.
If you love football and curious about the big questions in life, you will love this!

Date: 9am to 7.30pm – Monday 27th October 2025
Location: We will start the day at Coombe Dingle Sports Complex, Stoke Bishop, North Bristol, BS9 2BJ, then, we will walk and finish the day at Westbury-on-Trym Baptist Church, Reedley Road, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, BS9 3TE.
Cost: £15
Age: 11-16 years
Financial support: We know that, for some, finances can still be a challenge. That’s why we’re so grateful to the Leavers Coulson Trust, who have generously offered to support young people who may need help covering the cost of a SWYM event (subject to their criteria).
