Description
We are a creative team who seek to share the Story of Jesus through worship, music, media, dance, art, photography, running creative academies, and a variety of events, gigs, trips and more. We develop resources for the local church which includes equipping others with creative arts skills, developing worshippers, discipling young people, and schools’ outreach.
We are looking for people who have a desire and a passion to serve and creatively share the Story of Jesus with people of all ages using their unique gifts and skills. This includes working with our different youth groups, serving at our Sunday service, running creative academies, facilitating our live stream, releasing art in various forms, and resourcing various events nationwide.
This is an amazing opportunity to be personally transformed while serving the church and growing in leadership. Though you will have a specific focus, being a part of a larger team involves serving our youth and children’s groups, outreach events and creative projects.

Week Overview
As a trainee youth worker, you will be involved in some of the following areas:
- Partnering with schools to deliver detached youth work and Christian Unions
- Resourcing our drop-in youth groups for 11-18-year-olds
- Facilitating our Sunday morning and evening youth sessions
- Mentoring young people
- Planning and organising resources for upcoming groups and events
- Running sleepovers and residential events throughout the year
- Accompanying groups of young people to festivals and events over the course of the year
- Contributing to creative projects both within and outside of the team context
