Description
As a church, we’re so excited to be looking for a Children, Youth and Community Intern to come and join us at TUFC!
Over the last year we’ve seen God open some incredible doors within local primary and secondary schools, as well as a new toddler group starting – but we feel this is just the beginning for what God has in store and we’re excited to see where this will lead!
As part of this vision, we’d love to have a Children's, Youth and Community Intern join us as we grow and expand our outreach and discipleship with children, young people and families.
The primary purpose of this role is for you to experience various aspects of children’s and youth ministry, while having opportunities to grow in responsibility and leadership and bring about your own ideas.
Alongside this, there will also be the opportunity to get involved in community outreach through our weekly church café (The Living Room) and other events such as the Totnes Christmas market nights. There is so much more we could do in our community, so let your creative juices flow!
We want your year with us to be a really positive one! We're not about squeezing every hour out of you but instead want to create a healthy environment where you feel part of the church family, valued, supported, have the opportunity to explore and grow in your gifts and contribute your own ideas to the life of the church.
